Mercedes and AMG vehicles run on a defined service schedule — A service, B service, brake fluid, transmission, spark plugs, air and cabin filters. We follow the manufacturer schedule for your model and year, use the correct oils and fluids, and stamp your log book so your warranty and resale value are protected.

Chris is product-trained on Mercedes AMG and brings the right tools and consumables to your driveway. We reset service indicators properly through the diagnostic system rather than a generic reset, and we keep before-and-after records of every item checked.

Most log book services take 2–4 hours depending on the interval. We'll talk you through what's due before we start, and call you if anything outside the schedule needs attention.

Mercedes and AMG dashboards throw a lot of messages — engine, transmission, ABS, SRS, adaptive suspension, electrical. We use Mercedes-level diagnostic equipment to read every module on the car, not just the engine, so the real fault gets found instead of a guess.

Once we have the codes and live data, Chris walks you through what they mean, what the likely cause is, and what the repair involves. You get a written quote before any work starts, and we aim to fix the problem on the first visit wherever parts and access allow.

Bring your concerns — noises, hesitations, intermittent warnings — and we'll road test and log data where needed. The more detail you can give us upfront, the faster we narrow it down.

Brakes on Mercedes and AMG cars wear differently to standard vehicles — bigger rotors, multi-piston calipers, electronic park brakes. We measure pad and rotor thickness, check runout, inspect calipers and lines, and tell you exactly what's needed now versus what can wait.

Replacement uses Mercedes-approved or quality aftermarket pads and rotors to your spec. For AMG owners chasing more bite or less fade, we can quote performance pad and rotor upgrades suited to how you drive — daily, spirited road, or track days.

Electronic park brake retraction and brake fluid bleed are done through the diagnostic tool the way the factory intended. Before-and-after photos provided so you can see what came off the car.

Slow cranks, dead battery overnight, charging warnings, stop-start dropping out — these usually trace back to the battery, starter motor, alternator, or one of the control modules managing them. Modern Mercedes and AMG vehicles often run two batteries and need correct coding when replaced.

We test the battery under load, check the alternator output, scan for parasitic draws, and inspect starter performance. If a battery is the answer, we fit the correct AGM or EFB type and code it to the vehicle so the energy management system reads it properly.

This is a callout we can usually attend the same week. If your car won't start at home or work, we'll bring everything needed to test on the spot.
